Beauty Review: Some Bramley Cocoa Heaven for Your Skin

There’s no feeling like the one you get when your skin is glowing and there’s no sight of blemishes, thrash and bumps. Beautiful skin gives us confidence, makes us feel sexy, and somehow assures us that we can run the world. At least that’s how it makes me feel… On the other hand, when our skin is dull, dry, and flaky, it makes us feel like layering up and going into hiding.

The first thing that comes to mind when I think of skin care, is hydration. I have very dry skin, so much so, that I had resorted to using petroleum jelly, to end all my skin woes. After trying out a number of products that claimed to cater for very dry skin but didn’t work, I finally found Clere Body Creme. A few years later however, it just stopped working like it used to. I don’t know if my skin got dryer, or the formula was changed, but it stopped hydrating my skin. I then decided to return to Petrolium jelly.

I am always willing to try out new products, so when I received Bramley Cocoa Heaven products, I was keen to try them out and see if they really work, and honey, the Cocoa Heaven Body Butter alongside the Cocoa Heaven Tissue Oil MAKE THE POTS TO BE DONE!

After taking my normal super hot bath, I excitedly used both products to moisturise, and my skin immediately felt soft and velvety. In the morning, I was pleasantly surprised, as my skin still felt FANTASTIC. You best believe that I’ve now been using the products for this whole week, and I’m hooked.

The body butter has a creamy consistency, and the tissue oil adds an extra layer of moisture that my skin needs. I also adore the sweet yet subtle cocoa butter scent that the products have. The packaging, as well as the price ultimately made me decide that these will become my go-to skin products for a while.
